Elodia se vinde mai bine, probabil gratie presei care a mediatizat atat de mult cazul disparitiei ei.
Laboratorul de cofetarie al Mioarei Cojocaru vinde pe banda rulanta prajiturile care poarta numele celor doua femei. Pentru ca cererile sunt extrem de mari, laboratorul campinean produce cateva sute de bucati pe zi din cele doua delicatese.
“Am folosit retete speciale si ingrediente aparte pentru aceste prajituri. Sunt retetele mele secrete. Elodia este un desert mai satios si se adreseaza clientilor care apreciaza ciocolata neagra. Romanita este o prajitura mai racoroasa, de vara. Are doua tipuri de crema, de fructe si de caramel. Trebuie sa recunosc faptul ca Elodia se vinde mult mai bine decat Romanita. De altfel, nicio alta prajitura nu are o asemenea cerere. Facem sute in fiecare zi”, a precizat Mioara Cojocaru. Dovada ca afacerea duduie, patroana laboratorului de cofetarie va deschide saptamana viitoare o cofetarie si la Ploiesti.
